Beeck Quartz Filler

Suitable for internal and external applications for porous, absorbent, mineral substrates including lime render, cement render, concrete and mineral silicate masonry. Particularly ideal as a fibre reinforced primer or textured priming coat.

For external applications, Beeck Quartz Filler can only be used as an intermediate coat and requires overcoating with either Beeckosil ASF External Paint or Beeck Renosil Coarse or Fine External Paint.

Ensure your background surface is water-wettable, stable, clean and free of debris, efflorescence and separable substances before application. Prior to application, thin Beeck Quartz Filler by adding 10 to 20% of undiluted Beeck Fixative into the filler to create a paintable consistency. Background preparation and recommended application guidance will vary depending on the substrate. Read all available documentation before use.

After application, always protect Beeck Quartz Filler from environmental conditions, including damp, rain and frost, with appropriate sheeting. Before starting, always try on a small test area.

The recommended application rate for Beeck Quartz Filler is approximately approx. 0.25 – 0.40 kg / m². Apply on a test area to estimate the coverage relevant to your project.
