Suitable for external facades, including mineral building materials such as lime renders or lime-cement renders. It is also suitable for cleaning weathered mineral renders and silicate coatings. Before starting, always try on a small test area.

Unsuitable substrates are lightweight, scratched and insulating renders, synthetic resin renders, thin-coat renders, composite materials, especially external thermal insulation composite systems (ETICS), and gypsum and natural stone.

The recommended application rate for Beeck Etching Fluid is approximately 0.02 L per m², which is equivalent to about 0.08 – 0.10 L of thinned solution. Apply on a test area to estimate the coverage relevant to your project.

Ensure your background surface is water-wettable, stable, clean and free of debris, efflorescence and separable substances before application. Background preparation and recommended application guidance will vary depending on the substrate. Read all available documentation before use.
