Cewood Render Carrier Boards have a fire rating of Euroclass B-s1, meaning they will not contribute to fire and far outperform most other insulation boards. They’re also resistant to humidity and termites, according to EN 13964:2014 and the EN 117 test method.

Designed for installation on standard T-24 suspended ceiling systems, CD profiles, or wooden batten frames, Cewood Render Boards are widely used in the interiors of public and residential buildings. Primarily for ceiling and wall finishing.

If using internally, ensure Cewood Render Boards are placed in the room they are intended to be installed 1-2 weeks in advance of planned installation to allow sufficient time for them to acclimatise to ambient conditions. Best results are achieved when panels are separated by battens.
Please note that panels maintain properties at +23°C (±2°C) and 50% (±5%). Avoid sudden temperature fluctuations and direct heat exposure before and after installation.
For internal use, we recommend pairing Cewood Render Boards with Cornerstone Insulating Render, applied at 10mm with an alkali-resistant, polypropylene mesh embedded.
If applying a plaster finish over this coat, we recommend CLM66 Premium Lime Putty Plaster or Cornerstone Promix Superfine Plaster. Apply finishing plaster while Cornerstone Insulating Render is still green, typically the next day, with the base coat hard to the touch.
For external use, we recommend pairing Cewood Render Boards with Cornerstone Newbuild Medium Render, which offers the main benefits of lime, including vapour permeability and high flexibility, but with increased durability compared to standard mortars. If using Cornerstone Newbuild Render, we recommend using the Medium Render for all coats.
Store horizontally on stable support (pallets/platforms) in a dry, ventilated space. Avoid direct contact with the ground and protect from moisture and dust and remove packaging indoors to prevent condensation buildup.
Install only after construction is complete and before heating is turned on.
