Beeck Plaster Primer

Suitable for internal and external use. Beeck Plaster Primer can be used on absorbent, porous to dense, smooth or organically modified substrates, including lime plaster, lime-cement plaster, cement plaster and gypsum plaster. Read all available documentation before use.

Coverage is approx. 0.22 kg / m² on a smooth substrate for smooth, normally absorbing substrates. Apply on a test area to estimate the coverage relevant to your project.

Beeck Plaster Primer should not be used to repair damaged or defective renders. Always ensure any repair work required is adequately completed before application. For minor surface imperfections, see our range of lime fillers for plasters and renders.

Ensure substrates are adequately prepared and surrounding masonry, such as defective joints and stones, are corrected before application. For external facades, D/2 Biological Solution is an excellent option for removing mould, algae, or mildew.

For highly absorbent substrates, a primer coat of Beeck Fixative can be applied, diluted as 1 part of Beeck Fixative into 2 parts clean potable water.

Do not use in temperatures below 8°C, or in adverse environmental conditions, including frost, rain, or blazing direct sunlight. Always consider appropriate ventilation and Personal Protective Equipment required before starting your project.
