With the insulating render, how long should I leave before apply the fine render top coat or can I apply the top coat the following days? Also how long after top coat can I apply mineral paint?

Thanks for getting in touch. Ideally you would apply the topcoat the following day. If this isn’t achievable then allow 7 days between coats.
You will need to allow a minimum of 4 to 6 weeks before painting.
